Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of an ethnically diverse family in South London in England. Her father is Nigerian and Swiss as well as the mother of her is English. She was a student at The Brit School when she was 14. She earned her BA in acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. As a student at the academy and performing in numerous stage plays, including King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe got her start in acting with a film titled Storm Damage. She has since made appearances on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's breakout came with 2007's Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream. It was opposite Colin Farrell (who played the character of Cassandra) and Ewan McGrath. After the film's success, Madekwe appeared as Elisha on her role on the BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as for six seasons Trexx and Flipside. In the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl was her first appearance in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe was a part of the comedy How to Lose Friends and Alienate people (2008). Some of her theatre credits include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009 when she appeared on The drama The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes prior to being removed from The CW. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. Following her appearance as a regular on the first two seasons it was announced in May 2013 that she would quit the show following an appearance as a guest in the first episode in the season's third. She was Tituba in the series Salem between 2014 and. Madekwe wed her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June of 2012. In addition to Secret Diary of a Call Girl they have also worked with each other on Salem and Iddo Goldberg had an appearance with her on the show on TV.

Ashley Leggat, an actress who was twice nominated for a Gemini Award, hails from a large Hamilton family. Her four older brothers were also in the family: twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's athletic brothers played baseball in summer and hockey in the winter. Ashley could not walk but could dance. As a result, as she grew older She discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley began to develop a love of dancing shortly after she joined the Baby Ballet. Ashley performed in competitive ballet, jazz and tap in the high divisions. The major dance festivals, like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, have awarded her the honor of "top soloist".
